This policy covers 3genoverland.com, run by 3 Gen Overland LLC ("we," "us"). It's short because we collect very little.
What the quote form collects
When you request a quote, you give us:
- Your name, and your phone number and/or email address
- Your vehicle's year, make, model, trim, and bed length or cab style
- What you want installed, whether you already have the part, the part name or link, your timeline, and any notes you write
If you reply to our email with photos, we receive those photos by email.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: to prepare your written estimate, contact you about it, and do the work if you approve it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives the form submission and forwards it to our email. Their free plan keeps a copy of submissions for 30 days.
- Our email provider stores the message we receive.
- Vercel hosts this website and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.
